ANDREW PANDYA, MD
Double Board-Certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine
Dr. Andrew Pandya received his BS degree in Biochemistry, graduating magna cum laude from the University of California. He completed his residency program in Anesthesiology at SUNY upstate in Syracuse, New York, and furthered his training with an Interventional Pain Management fellowship one year later.
Dr. Pandya has an extensive background in interventional pain medicine. With 18 years in private practice, he’s been recognized multiple times as one of America’s top doctors.
He’s the five-time recipient of the Patients Choice Award and has also received the Compassionate Doctor Award. Furthermore, he has been included in Best of Savannah on multiple occasions in Savannah magazine. He has also participated in multiple syndicated radio talk shows on the topic of pain management and is very passionate about the field.
Using cutting edge, interventional techniques, his primary area of focus is pain conditions involving the spine, peripheral neuropathy, and CRPS. Dr. Pandya holds multiple medical patents to his name and is very passionate about delivering quality patient care.
His greatest joy in working with patients is empowering them with non-pharmacologic options that are effective in helping them live the most functional and pain-free life while minimizing or completely eliminating their opioid burden. In his spare time, he likes to go boating and also enjoys competitive skeet shooting.
