Dr. Sameer Goel is double board-certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine, currently accepting new patients in the Altamonte Springs area. Born and raised in central Mississippi, he grew up with a strong sense of community and serving the underserved. Dr. Goel went to medical school at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and did his Anesthesia residency at Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. Goel trained at the highly respected Case Western University under the direction of Salim Hayek who is well renowned in the field of pain medicine. His expertise and passion is to take care of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis, sciatica, and chronic low back pain. He offers many interventional pain procedures for the spine. Dr. Goel shares the most advanced techniques and current knowledge of multiple pain conditions with his patients. He focuses on a multidisciplinary and holistic approach in treating pain.
